Swear on my dream
That had me in pieces
Like if bomb had dropped
‘Twas another wolf bite!
Howling in the moonlight
Tough to decipher
The lonely darkness
Growing on
And the way fading out
The guiding light
seemed all facade
The sky came falling down
I reached out for the stars
For I’ve heard how brave
These wonders were
With my mind lost
Head windin’ up
Muddled up chime
Of the bugs went dead.
Discovering my drenched self
Felt like a hornet sting
That even the dazzling stars
Were in vain to cool off
Lost in a myriad of dreams
Edging me away
Setting fire within
Made it all restless
When again a chime
Thrilled through the nerves
Cascading down
With a tinge worth a life
Got me flying up
With a lightning speed
Swirling into the galaxy
Drooling like a kid
All famished
The night worth a wolf bite
Transpired ..
Gifting a godly morning
soothing the drenched soul
Yet I wondered the enigma:
This dawn will either edge me off
Or put forth the thrill
Catching my breath I grinned
Where all the fears went numb
When morning took charge
Eclipsing all the qualms
For it may be over now
But I feel it still.
